  • Light: Thrives in bright, indirect sunlight. Indoors, a south- or west-facing window is ideal. While they can handle some direct sun, harsh midday light may scorch their leaves.
Watering: As succulents, they require minimal water. Allow the soil to dry out completely between waterings—typically once every 10 to 14 days. Overwatering is the most common cause of decline, often leading to root rot.
Soil: Use a well-draining succulent or cactus mix. You can improve drainage by adding perlite or coarse sand.
Temperature: Prefers warm environments between 15°C and 27°C (approx. 60–80°F). Protect them from frost and drafts, as they are not cold-hardy.
