Light: Prefers bright, indirect sunlight but is highly adaptable to low-light conditions, including artificial office lighting. Avoid direct sun, which can scorch its delicate variegated leaves.
Watering: Water when the top 50-60% of the soil is dry. Avoid overwatering, as these plants are susceptible to root rot.
Soil & Potting: Use a well-draining, chunky soil mix (such as an aroid mix or a 50/50 mix of perlite and soil).
Temperature & Humidity: Ideal temperatures range from 16°C to 29°C (60°F–85°F). It prefers higher humidity but adapts well to standard indoor environments.
